Products are not returnable unless a major defect exists not associated with damage due to shipping or as described in listing.. All items are inspected for quality before shipping to help ensure you will receive the product as advertised. Please check specs for size, color and paperboard to help ensure the product will make a good fit for your project. Products are not returnable unless you find a defective product. To date in 18 years we have not had a return since most of our products are not only hand assembled but in addition each and every box and sleeve is inspected by our assemblers before they are shipped to you. * PLEASE NOTE - PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO REPRESENT THE BEST POSSIBLE COLOR TONE. SINCE DISPLAYS ON COMPUTERS AND DEVICES CAN VARY IN COLOR AND TONE, IT IS BEST TO REQUEST A SAMPLE SWATCH BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF COLOR MATCHING. If you would like a sample swatch or would like to purchase a sample box before purchasing a larger lot, please see our "samples" category for individual samples. If you do not see a sample for the box you need, please click on the "contact" link located in the lower right hand corner of this page. Let us know which product you are interested in along with the color and size. We can set up a special listing for you keeping shipping to a minimum.
